We take Safeguarding very seriously in our school and have created a culture of Vigilance. This means that all staff are trained in Safeguarding and are responsible for ensuring the safety of children in our school. Staff and volunteers are encouraged to raise any concerns they have with the Designated Safeguarding Lead.
We take particular care when employing new staff or engaging volunteers. This is crucial so that we know we have the best people in our school and that we are doing all we can to keep them safe.
All members of our community are respected and valued and we celebrate all aspects of diversity within our community, creating an environment of physical and psychological saftey.
